Why isn't Shipeasy showing up in my rate dropdown?

Hello:

I have installed the app of Shipeasy. I have attempted to follow the video and get it in my dropdown of Shipping and Delivery according to the video provided with no luck. Shopify has already activated the API. Does anyone know what I am missing for this to show up?
