Hi, @Quercu.

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community!

I understand you're based in a supported country/region for Shopify Payments, but are unable to see this option at checkout. To confirm, are customers able to replicate this issue, or is the issue specific to when you access your own checkout?

Without visibility to the backend of your account, I'm unable to determine the exact cause of why Shopify Payments does not appear as an option at checkout. However, I can share possible reasons as to why this may happen.

To use Shopify Payments, you need to complete the setup process and provide the necessary information/documents, such as your business details, bank account information, and tax details. If you haven't completed the setup or if there are missing or incorrect details, Shopify Payments may not be available. I recommend double-checking your settings and ensuring that everything is properly configured.

Certain products or industries may not be eligible for Shopify Payments due to legal or compliance reasons. If your store sells items or operates in a restricted industry, it's possible that Shopify Payments is not available to you. In such cases, you may need to consider using a different payment gateway that caters to your specific industry. Please review our Shopify Payments Terms and Conditions for more information.

While these may be possible reasons, I encourage you to contact our support via the Shopify Help Center so we can take a proper look at your account to determine the cause and what next steps are necessary.

Thanks!
