Hi, I have a problem with the add/remove to cart buttons, when you click on them they appear with the loading icon and do nothing. Since is not my store and I'm just helping the owner to fix some things I don't have a lot of information in regards of what changes have been made to store since its creation, but by reviewing the code, the parts of the code that had something to do with the cart button haven´t been edited or changed. Anyone can help me figure this out please? This is the link to the store if you want to check out the problem https://josmartshop.com.
Thanks for your time!

Hi @VicenteM
I found a syntax error in the global.js file. It may cause this problem.
You can follow the steps to fix it:
1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code https://prnt.sc/NIubHkOJxV7S
2. Open global.js or global.js.liquid file on Assets folder https://prnt.sc/Nt5CWQc9bExH
3. On line 101, remove the "}" character. Then save the file.
I hope you can fix the problem by the above.

It completely solved the problem, thank you so much!
I am glad that my solution is helpful to you 😁.
Hey @VicenteM,
I just read that you were able to fix this issue. But, if such problems arise in your store in the future and you don't notice it on time, you may lose a lot of sales and revenue.
To continuously monitor your store and test against issues like add-to-cart, checkout not working, and customer login errors, you can use a Shopify monitoring app like Store Watchers. They currently offer a free plan that lets you run automated tests every 24 hours and more features.
I hope this helps 🙂
