Why isn't the code updating despite successful ThemeKit VSCode sync?

Why does the theme watch --allow-live command line show that the synchronization is successful, but the code in the shopify background is not updated?

Did you try with the new CLI?
Did you check in Shopify theme -> edit code  to see if it was updated or not?
