I am using Ella theme and my mobile menu is not working when the site is live. In the developer it works fine.
When I publish the site, the hamburger automatically takes you to the Products page -- which is the entire collection. It does not show the dropdown of the pages on the site. Help. Thanks.
If anyone has ideas, let me know I can publish the site so you can check it out -- then un-publish again. I cannot launch my new site until I figure this out.

Okay Staceyshevlin then in that case you should compress the image size and
Minimize HTTP requests . and
Use a content delivery network (CDN): A CDN stores a cached version of your website on servers located around the world (This can help reduce the time).
And at the end consider upgrading your plan to a faster and more reliable one, if possible.
Hi @staceyshevlin,
Please send your site and if your site is password protected, please send me the password. I will check it.
Hi @staceyshevlin,
I tested and it works fine, have you tried clearing the cache and testing again
Hi .Thanks. I also talked to Ella theme, it's because my site is so slow on mobile, that the menu is taking a while to load so if you hit it before it loads it takes you to that product page. Now I am trying to figure out how to speed it up. Super newbie here.

Hello Staceyshevlin, I am facing the same issue with Ella theme, and its only happening on Iphone, hen using Safari and specifically on Wifi, it works fine on 4G network, and on google chrome and android phones.
Did you manage to fix your issue? I tested your website and it works fine and the menu is clickable without any issue.
Hello, I actually left Ella theme, there was no way to increase site speed. That's why my menu now works. The problem is that the site is loading too slowly, so you are clicking the menu before it has a chance to fully load, thus it just defaults to taking you to the product catchall page. I wrote to the theme creators, and they said they know speed is an issue but can't do anything cause the theme is so robust. Best of luck.
