Why isn't the Rise.ai app applying discount automatically at checkout?

Hello, 

 

Our Rise.ai app is not working properly, the discount code is not automatically be applied at checkout.  They think it may have something to with the 'cn' in the checkout URL.

Hello,

When I reached out to the app (rise.ai), they are having there tech look into but suggested I reach out to shopify support.

"It would also be helpful to check on this with Shopify Support as this is something related to the new Shopify checkout with the 'cn' involve in the checkout URL."

Any insight or direction would be appreciated.
