Why Shopify is still saying me that my shop is locked?

My Shopify account has been locked overnight for some reasons... and I still don't know how to access to it again. This is the first time that happens to me and after reading some people experiencing the same issue I still don't understand and know what to do. Thanks for giving me a quick workaround or feedback please.

Hi there, @moderngox.

 

I'm happy to provide you with some information about your question.

 

When there is an issue with a store, like it being locked, an email will be sent to the Account Owner email we have on file, and that will contain pertinent information and next steps. If you don't see the email in your inbox I recommend checking your spam and promotions folders as well, as our emails sometimes end up there.

 

If you're still unable to locate the email, you'll need to get in touch with our Support team.  I'm not able to provide account-specific support in the Community, but our live Support team will be able to look into your account and resend the email if necessary. You can create a support ticket in our Help Center here.

Open this link in Chrome Incognito mode. You should be able to get in contact with Chat support that would be able to look into the account status.
