Why won't my 3rd party domain connect to my account?

Hi, I hope someone can help.

Over a week ago I tried to connect a 3rd party domain to my account and I followed all the videos and tutorials but its still not right.  it had some red warning signs but I was unable to change the details it was asking for and pressed the button to connect thinking I can change it after, I can't.

It still says propagating/ not connected.

I've spoken to customer service and he just said go to this company (a link) if it still doesn't work after 72hrs, its now been a week.

This company didn't offer any insight and I'm completely stuck.

A very anxious tech person here so I haven't a clue what to do.
