Why won't my hero video play on iOS devices?

hello-

I am trying to get a 4 second long .mp4 file to play as a hero video using the impulse theme. It plays perfectly on desktop but will not play on iOS. It just shows a play button with a line through it . Please help!

For your information, the video may not be able to play automatically on iOS devices when the Low Power Mode is enabled.
Kindly double-check and turn it off (https://paste.pics/EENWD) and let us know how it goes on your end.

Thank you for your response. I have checked low power mode and have made sure its turned off. I have also tried another iOS phone as well and had the same result.

Update - I can't even take the link generated after uploading the video to files and paste it into my iOS browser. I still get an error.
