Why won't my online store load on iPhones?

Hello!  My store will not load on iPhones and customers are not able to get to my store.  We have cleared cache and cookies.  If we use cellular data and not WiFi it will work.  It is not my ISP because it loads on my computer with the same ISP.  On safari I get an error saying safari couldont open the page because the server stopped responding.  In google it says the website is not available. I purchased the domain through Shopify so I would hope the setting are correct but I don’t know anything about DNS settings.   Please help as my customers can’t check out! My domain is Patchyouup.store

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request. To gather a bit more information, have multiple customers reported this issue to you? 

 

After taking a quick look, it seems that I wasn't able to replicate. I was able to successfully access your shop on my mobile device both through cellular data and wifi. Due to this, it's likely that this is related to a local issue. I'd encourage you to complete some additional troubleshooting steps to see if this helps to resolve:

 

  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try Another Device (i.e another cell phone).
  • Try using Another Broswer (i.e Safari, Chrome, or Firefox).
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.
