Why won't my packing slips print?

Hi there,

I'm trying to print packing slips but I just get the loading wheel of death. I've tried with 2 different browsers and 2 different computers.

We are having trouble printing packing slips too...loading wheel of death also. Can't progress with orders.

Same here. 2 different browsers and the app, no luck. Been on chat hold with support for 15 mins, 10 to go. Definitely a Shopify issue.

Happening for me as of a few mins ago. Does Shopify monitor these posts? Is there a way of reporting problems directly to Shopify?

I have been waiting with “1 min left” for 15 mins on support chat, trying to notify them of this issue.
