Why won't my third-party theme editor load on the main page?

I am using a 3rd party theme. I believe this issue has to do with other apps I have recently installed/uninstalled, although I can't guess anything beyond that.

When I go to customize my theme, the main page editor will not load at all. The other pages load fine. I've reached out to the theme developer and she said that this issue is on Shopify's end.
