Why won't videos play on iOS devices on my website?

Hi,

I've been making updates to our Shopify website and this includes hosting six individual videos. They all play perfectly on PC/Mac/Android but not any iOS devices. The first video works but clicking on any others causes a small rectangle to come up but never play. These are mp4 files hosted on Shopify and I've linked to them using the multicolumn section. Not sure how to fix this, could anyone provide any insight, please? I'm using the Dawn theme (version 12.0.0)

Maybe this is affected by the security setting of your phone.
