Will re-importing from Etsy to Shopify duplicate my products?

I imported from Etsy one time.  I have additional products that I had deactivate when I did the import.  If I activate them now and do another import from Etsy to Shopify, will it re-import all the products that it already did causing me to have duplicates in my Shopify page?
