We can't see or manage any of your account details here over the Shopify Community, but we can definitely help further if you speak with us through the Help Center here. When you visit the Help Center you'll need to first tell the help center assistant the question you have and it will direct you to the best options for more help from there.


This error can sometimes resolve itself after some time as well so if you'd prefer to wait, please try again after a day or two and it should allow you to attempt adding a payment method again. Since you were having trouble with this, I also wanted to share this guide explaining the requirements of the payment methods you can use with Shopify. I recommend double checking that the payment method you're trying meets the requirements listed there.
