Your Domain Has An Unsupported DNSSEC Record

Message from Shopify, "Your domain has an unsupported DNSSEC record. Shopify does not support DNSSEC at this time. Contact support to have it removed."

So Shopify asks me to contact support to have it removed but when I click on 'contact support' it takes me to an AI that tells me to "contact customer support to remove the DNSSEC unfortunately you cannot do this yourself." I don't know how to contact customer support. I am a small business owner trying to start a website but I have no idea what to do about this.

You can use this link to go to our help center. Type "domains" in the chat > The chat assistant will send you some information about domains and then you'll see "I still need help", click that > Follow the prompts from there to be added to our support queue. Please let me know if you have any trouble connecting to our support team.

Well first of all thank you for responding to my question. I followed your link and returned to the help center. It gave me the information, I clicked on need more help and it gave me more information and then nothing (no "I still need help" to click on). I tried typing in I need more help and it sent me the original information it had already sent and again no "I still need help" to click on. I will attach a screen shot. Please any help you can give me would be huge. I am about to transfer my domain to another site because I just can't get any help and don't know what else to do.

So sorry for the delay, if you're still wanting to get in touch with our support team, you can use this link instead. Log out of your Shopify account before you click the link, and then scroll to the bottom of the page to the support options. Click "Chat with us". You'll be added to our queue after you fill out some basic account information.
