what I do after I get this "Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account' I need help

Thanks again for reaching out. That messaging you've mentioned above should be appearing in your Shopify Admin in a red banner. In that same banner, there should be a button that says Contact Support. You will want to click that button to be connected with our Support Team so they can help you resolve this hold.
If you find that you can't find that button, you're going to want to use this link here to get in touch with the Live Team, so they can help you with this. Resolving your payout hold will require some help from the Live Team, as they need to authenticate you and your information to help resolve things.
