Hi Community, we are encountering the following and we wonder if one of you might have a solution for that in place:

 

In our US/Canadian Onlineshop we have set up a United States shipping zone where we explicitely excluded the 3 Armed Forces states. However they still show up as an option in the state dropdown in checkout. Does anyone know why?image.png

Thanks for the question but your screenshot, however, is from the internal shipping settings and not the checkout. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or try it in private browsing or incognito mode?

 

In most of these cases, your best bet is to contact our main support hotline as they will have access to your internal settings to see if there's any issue there.

 

This is also the German community here (as you can see in the breadcrumb trail above and pictured below):

We would therefore be less specialized in the shipping and tax settings of US-based shops. So feel free to post your question in our EN community here and somebody should respond to you in a jiffy!
