Change headline on homepage?

I have a small online store. On the home page above the categories is "Collection list". I would like to replace that. Does anyone have an idea where exactly I can do this? My template is "Minimal".

Regarding the Title "Collection list" - you should be able to locate and change it in your theme language editor. There you can also change other texts in your shop and make them more engaging, creative, funny, personal, and feel-good!

With your shop texts and titles you can make visitors feel more at home and that way increase your conversions!
