Domain is connected with another Store

Hello 

We bought a domain and wanted to build a shopify store. We already connected the dns service from our domain with the shopify ones. But as we wanted to connect the domain to our store it said it was already connected with another store. How is that possible and how can we fix this?

Have you opened a ticket with our support team regarding this? This will need to be looked at by our Account Integrity team and so the best mode of action is to open a ticket. 

If you haven't already done so, please send an email to our support here (https://bit.ly/3cwO7ym) from the email address you use to log in to your Shopify store, and enter your myshopify.com URL there as well. Once they authenticate your account, they can help you out.
