Hi Shopify Team,

 

Iam razma noori and I have created  an online shop and for this shop I toke the basic monthly payment but it’s fast 1 month I cannot open my account it always comes error 

your not access to this shop I used razmanoori@yahoo.com for this shop 

my shop name is rn-shop1.myshopify.com

i have chatted with many colleagues from you but no body can help me, please help as soon as possible.

Thanks for the question and here you will need to provide more details. The first thing is that you may be logging in with the wrong email, and the second possibility is that you might have started more than one shop

 

So you have a shop called rn-shop1.myshopify.com. Do you also have another shop with your name "razmanoori" in the URL? And maybe another yahoo email with Razmin and Noori in it? Or any other email or Shop URL?

Hi,
Yeah I had another shop with razmanoori but that’s already deactivate I have chatted with your colleagues and the have deactivated that shop now I have just one shop and that’s rn shop and for this shop I used razmanoori@yahoo.com email and for rn shop I toke the monthly payment please support me in this case to use my rn shop and active my rn shop I want to launch my first product as soon as possible

What is happening is that you are either logging into the wrong shop or you are logging into the correct shop but with the wrong email. That's why I want to know both URLs and both emails.

rn-shop1.myshopify.com this is the store that I cannot use it and for this shop I toke monthly payment and I used razmanoori@yahoo.vomand there was another shop razmanoori.myshopify.com that I wanted to delete it because and the Shopify team has already delete this store and for this shop I also used razmanoori@yahoo.com shop but that’s great that razmanoori.myshopify.com is not active now I just want that I can use my new shop rn-shop1.myshopify.com Please help me to active my rn shop because for this rn shop I already toke the monthly plan and if Iam not allow to use this rn shop so Iam requesting the Shopify team to delete rn shop also then I can creat a new shop with a new email address.

I'm sorry I do not understand what you mean.

 

So I will summarise the issue here from my perspective as to why you cannot log into your store. You will need to sort this out by putting all your emails into the link below to try to recover your active store (rn-shop1.myshopify.com/admin) :

 

Please enter any emails you have used in the past into this link to find the correct login: 

Please check what emails you have used in the past because it seems that razmanoori@yahoo.com is the incorrect email for that store. Please check if the emails from any other family members were used like perhaps an email from your partner. What email does your partner use and did your partner perhaps open a store or two as well?

 

So the issue is that you may have all your emails mixed up and you need to find the correct email for logging into the correct store. It is not a case that your store is closed or locked - it is simply a case that you (perhaps also your partner) may have all the stores and emails mixed up and you need to find the correct credentials for each store.
