Iam razma noori and I have created an online shop and for this shop I toke the basic monthly payment but it’s fast 1 month I cannot open my account it always comes error
your not access to this shop I used email@example.com for this shop
my shop name is rn-shop1.myshopify.com
i have chatted with many colleagues from you but no body can help me, please help as soon as possible.

Thanks for the question and here you will need to provide more details. The first thing is that you may be logging in with the wrong email, and the second possibility is that you might have started more than one shop.
So you have a shop called rn-shop1.myshopify.com. Do you also have another shop with your name "razmanoori" in the URL? And maybe another yahoo email with Razmin and Noori in it? Or any other email or Shop URL?
Can you paste both Shop URLs here please plus both emails. You can delete them afterwards
What is happening is that you are either logging into the wrong shop or you are logging into the correct shop but with the wrong email. That's why I want to know both URLs and both emails.
Ok cool - can you please try logging in below but using google chrome browser -> with in-private incognito browsing mode:
If you can't remember your other yahoo email please check your emails for this account
I cannot see any screenshot here. Can you paste it here? And what is your PayPal email in the store?

So I will summarise the issue here from my perspective as to why you cannot log into your store. You will need to sort this out by putting all your emails into the link below to try to recover your active store (rn-shop1.myshopify.com/admin) :
Please enter any emails you have used in the past into this link to find the correct login:
Please check what emails you have used in the past because it seems that firstname.lastname@example.org is the incorrect email for that store. Please check if the emails from any other family members were used like perhaps an email from your partner. What email does your partner use and did your partner perhaps open a store or two as well?
So the issue is that you may have all your emails mixed up and you need to find the correct email for logging into the correct store. It is not a case that your store is closed or locked - it is simply a case that you (perhaps also your partner) may have all the stores and emails mixed up and you need to find the correct credentials for each store.
