Ordering information/Bestellhinweise for DAWN theme

Hello! Can anyone help me to make an ordering information for DAWN theme?

I mean: If customers checkout, they should be able to write something 

for example " can you please give me a visit card of you?" 

doesnt matter what, i want to give them the opportunity to write something
