Can I add a hyperlink to the Newsletter confirmation (theme Dawn) ?

I would like to encourage people to sign up for my newsletter by offering them a free download. Instead of presenting the standard "Thank you" from the Language / Theme content, I want to present a custom text with a hyperlink to download a PDF.

On my current website (lottta.nl - theme Debut) I have managed to do so, with the help of this community 🙂

I am now working on a v2 version of the website( theme Dawn). Can somebody help to make this work for theme Dawn.
