Filter only visible in 1 language

We have a Shopify store build on the Habitat theme. Everything is working fine, except for 1 filter that is not working in a different language. We've setup a filter that has "tags" as source and in Dutch (main language) it shows on the collection page, but on a second language (French), it doesn't. We've checked if the name of the filter is translated (which it is) and also the builder of the theme doesn't notice anything wrong on their side. What else can I check to see why this filter is showing up in 1 language, but not the other?

The filter is name "Materiaal" and shows up in Dutch, but not when you switch to French.
