We are having FB pixel issues.
Due to all parameters in the FB Shopify app all settings are correct.

This means our pixel should be active. Our marketing agency however doesn't see data that is coming from our website. This gives us a hard time in re-targeting our potential customers and is holding up potential revenue.

Important: we are using a translation tool and based on the geo location the domain shifts to for example - for Dutch and for English. Could this give any difficulties?
