Prevent zoom for products

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how i could disable the zoom function for the products on my homepage.
Furthermore i was wondering if its also possible for the products to display the 2nd image when hovering over them, and to make it so when the image is clicked the site directs straight to the product page.
