Price decimal signs is not changing accordingly between Dutch to English

Hi,

I have store in two languages:

Dutch - primary language
English - additional language

The price decimal which presented right in Dutch with the sign ',' (12,99) is not changing accordingly when the user switch to English language, than it should be the sign '.' (12.99)

How can I solve that the decimal sign will change when the user change the language from Dutch to English?
