Request cost of transportation

We deal in vintage furniture, art and lighting and each item has a different volume, weight and value.

Once a customer puts one of our items in the basket, I want them to click on "request cost of transportation". The customer needs to leave me the country and area code in order for us to calculate the cost. Once we know the price of shipping, we would like to add it to the cost of the item and let the customer know what the total will be.
