shopify copies pages even when its in a different template

I am having issues with the pages on my shopify store, at first all went well but when i decided to go from the main page to the secondary pages it all stopped working. I am trying to implement an app for Contact form in one of my pages but it keeps copying that app and all the other changes in the other pages. Even after i have put each different page in a different template they are still copying from each other. Any way i can fix this?

Ive now noticed the problem was i put the form i wanted to add in the header which is why it went on every page im stupid
