SUPER SLOW store...

HI guys,

My store speed is 93. Even tho, it's sooooo slow that even coding don't wanna do tasks for me because it's so slow. What can I do? I'm running a luxury story but like this you don't even want to stay on the landingpage.. 

Also, I'm trying to contact support but for some kind of reason it keeps ons circling between the support options and doesn't forward me to a actual chat.. What's going on Shopify??
