Email scam

I've been received some emails from shopify saying that my shop would be shutdown or is someting wrong with her.

I wanna know If ia Scam or legit, One of those emails IS:

We’ve identified critical issues with your Shopify store, including malware errors that have severely compromised your robots.txt file. These issues violate Shopify’s Terms of Service (TOS), posing potential risks to your store’s functionality and security.

Immediate attention is required to prevent any further impact on your store. To address this, please reply to this email with the word :

 “HELP.”
