Hi Shopify Community,
I’m currently experiencing a strange issue with my online store and would really appreciate any help or insights.
All of my products are showing as "Sold Out" on the live website, even though in the theme editor (Customize Theme) they appear with available stock and display correctly.
In the Shopify admin, all products are active and have stock available.
In the Inventory section, I’ve confirmed there are quantities available for each variant.
Products are available on the Online Store sales channel.
I'm using the Dawn theme, version 15.3.0.
When I access the store through Online Store > Themes > Customize, the products appear normally, in stock, and can be added to the cart.
However, on the live website (tested including incognito mode), all products show as "Sold Out" and cannot be added to the cart.
I’ve attached two screenshots:
One from the theme editor, where the product appears in stock.
One from the live storefront, where the same product is shown as sold out.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or does anyone know what could be causing this mismatch between the editor and the live store?
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
