Seeing the same fix working in the Shopify order notification emails as well (Order confirmation, Shipping confirmation etc.). Our custom OrderlyEmails designs rendering correctly again, so looks like I can call it a day 

Are you looking at the MIME headers, or the HTML email code? I don't have a copy of the Contact Form email specifically, but I do have all the other email notifications sent by Shopify.

 Removing my reply for now, until we have a better understanding of the root cause.
Unfortunately not, same issue still persists in Shopify's Order Printer. As mentioned above, our own Order Printer Pro app works correctly so that would be the only alternative, until Shopify fix their app. Kind regards,Bjorn
Which variable is still giving you issues specifically? Looks like Shopify fixed the general issue, so knowing the exact field would be great so we can help test it for you 
