For that you can check slider or image section where you want to show full image and check in section setting if you have "adaptive height" option or not its theme base

Hi sorry to say but we cant give solution for this as its custom work so you can ask to theme support or hire any developer for thatBest regard
We must need to do this by app as we dont have code for that
for that you can set "adaptive height " option from editor.
