Ah yes, mine are back too! I wouldn't say I'm happy as it shouldn't have happened to begin with.  But I am glad and thankful that they fixed it fairly quickly.
They said that multiple customers reported it, so it's a known issue they're working on.  I guess we have to wait.  

This is a poor answer because I have the same issue, followed the steps listed above and there simply is NOT a "Cancel Return" option.  There is no apparent ability to cancel returns.
