Due to security reasons, I’m not able to actually cancel your shop for you, but here’s how to close up your Shopify Shop in just a few clicks. To cancel your store, log into your admin and follow these steps: Click on "Settings", then "Plans and permissions" or "Account" Scroll to the bottom and click "Close my store". I am sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your order. However, Shopify is merely the website and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online store. We do not manage or have any access to the shipping or sales of a store.  One thing you can try to do is replying via the original order notification email you would have received. If you don't receive a reply or your order in a reasonable amount of time (we usually allow 4 weeks), then you can always reach out to Paypal or your credit card provider for more options and possible refund options. We cannot recover your money for you as we do not operate businesses on behalf of the merchants on our platform.  I will say this though, we absolutely do not condone any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify so if this does happen to be a Shopify store then filing a claim with your bank will trigger an internal notification which we can use to investigate the shop if necessary.  We have also created this FAQ document which will help you further with the next steps. This feature is locked in the admin if you have already made sales, even a test order. The reason for this is so you can reach out to our support team and chat with us about the effects this will have on your business if you were to change currencies after sales have been made. Reporting: With changing between currencies, our reporting doesn't factor in the difference between currencies. So if you had €500 processed, that would show as €500 in reports. Say the next day, you switch to USD, the report would still read as €500 for previous processing. Since €1 is not equal to $1USD, the reports, in theory, will be wrong going forward. Product Pricing: Since the dollar amount between currencies is not the same, a product price’s value, could mean something different if the currency is adjusted and impact your margins. For example - €20, is not equal to $20 USD. Refunds processed after a currency change will also be affected by the currency change. Apps: Some apps may have limitations when it comes to changing the selling currency. If you would like to know how changing the selling currency will affect your apps, you will need to reach out to the App partner to clarify before changing their selling currency. With Shopify actively encouraging merchants in some instances to adjust currency for new features, we just want to make sure you are properly aware of any potential areas you need to be aware of for your account. That being said, there are also some possible workarounds: Reporting: You can set a “date range” for the data you are reviewing, to exclude any transactions that might have been processed in a different currency before the specific date of the currency switch. Other : Making any adjustments to your product pricing if needed to factor in the currency difference. You’ll also want to review any of your product pages, themes, etc for currency information, that might need to be adjusted. Note that refunds will be processed in the new currency. It is great that you have been approved, that is usually half the battle! Facebook integrations can take 24 hours to connect - though if it's been longer than that I definitely have some steps that can help! A couple of things on the Shopify side of the integration worth checking into is to make sure that you have a Refund, Privacy, and TOS statements set up - to do that you can go to Settings > Checkout in your Shopify Admin. These statements are a requirement for a Facebook shop tab.  Next, you'll just want to make sure that all of the collections that you want visible on Facebook are set to that visibility within Shopify. To do this you can simply go to your Collections in your Shopify Admin (Products > Collections) and on the right-hand side of the screen for every collection you can see which Sales Channels it is visible to.  Another common problem is the template on Facebook may not have a shop tab. For example, the Business template does not, but the Shopping template does have a Shop tab. You can log into your Facebook page in order to make sure this is set up correctly! The steps for that are: 1. Go to the Facebook page you are an administrator for 2. Click 'Settings' 3. Click 'Templates and Tabs' - If this section says anything but 'Shopping', click 'Edit 4. Click 'View Details' on Shopping and 'Apply Template'   Next, please make sure you have enabled the Shop Tab:   1. Click Settings at the top-right corner of your Facebook Page. 2. Then click Templates and Tabs from the menu on the left. 3. Click the Add a Tab button and click Add Tab next to the Shop option. 4. You should see the Shop tab again on your Page now.   Lastly, we need to make sure the page is published (on facebooks side, the connection in the admin does not mean it is published):   To Publish Shop Page: 1. Click Settings at the top of your Page 2. From General, click Page Visibility 3. Click the setting to "Page published" 4. Click Save Changes   Next step is to delete the Facebook Sales Channel and remove the "Shopify" from your Business integrations and then log out of Facebook on every screen of yours.   Re-install the Facebook Sales Channel and attempt to connect.   If this does not fix anything then please let me know and if you could provide all the screenshots confirming the above steps I will be able to have a closer look.   Thank you!  ... I was able to visit your store on wifi here in Ireland so it looks like a localised issue.   Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and ensure you are using an up to date version of Google Chrome. Once you have done that, can you try logging in again for me and let me know how you get on? I can see in your error messages that it mentions the domain so it could have been that your domain was in the process of swapping over platforms and it wasn't completed when you were searching it at the time but all should be working as expected now. Regarding the payment gateway Swish, as it stands it is not verified to use through Shopify and I am not sure if or when it will be.  Other gateways can be integrated but because it is not a verified gateway with Shopify, our support scope would be very limited. This is because we cannot guarantee how an external gateway that is unverified through Shopify would work with our platform. If you really want to use a gateway, like Swish, which is not on Shopify, you would have to hire a developer to set it up as an external redirect checkout that can use that gateway.
