For those who the above solution did not work for, try adding the pixel manually so instead of selecting the partner integration option, select the manual integration option. Its the only way I got mine to work and so far, so good.

So I need help but Shopify support is proving impossible to reach. Its the usual loop of selecting the Chat option, being taken to select my website, then we're back to the main support page. There are tons of posts about it here already and Shopify ...

UPDATE - fixed the Shopify footer, turned out to be my theme. The swatches issue still persists so any help would be greaaaaat!
