I had the same issue and found my fix...MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM YOU PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS. THIS INSTANTLY TRANSFERRED THE FUNDS INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.I deleted the email without realising when it came through.
