I discovered that if I just substituted the above code right in the Title Section just at the word "Audiophile" that it worked! Did NOT have to go deep into any Shopify html code...Great!
So you have to add that for EVERY "Audiophile" word on the page...? Wow... No way to make it RED for ALL words that appear as "Audiophile".??

The ONLY thing you can do as of now would be to BILL The Customer for the upgraded Shipping charges on an Invoice... and then send the order with the upgraded Shipping service added - before printing your shipping label... That's it.

Yes, that is a small workaround for something that should have been taken care of by Shopify a LONG LONG TIME ago. Most everyone wants to DELETE these and WHY is there no way to easily do it... You can "Archive" them but you Can't "Delete" them comp...

Solved myself... You just change the NAME of your store to Capitol Letters in the "Store Details" Section. Thought that might solve it!
