If they pay via Shopify payments it is usually within 2 days. But if they pay via paypal, installment options, or any other way besides shopify payments it takes a long time.

Just yesterday I made a duplicate of my product, left everything the same. Put the old one as a draft and the new one as active and it went over to Tiktok just fine about 12 hours later. If I do more than one at a time it gives me the error again. So...

I just came searching for an answer to this. All my tiktok orders have gone through shopify admin just fine until last night. I got 3 orders last night, only 1 went to shopify. I let it be hoping it would transfer over by today but it hasn't.
