why the app oberlo can open in new window?

I had same problem,Could anyone can tell us how to handle this?

 I add a app in partner page:After installed in my test store:Found it does not open in new window,just in a frame. I want open this app as oberlo(It open in new window):Anybody help tell me how to resolved this case?
