Right, I wonder if this is bug, or an API change (Though, I checked several change logs, but wasn't able to find anything related to webhook and metafields). I hope Shopify notices this.

Does customer/update webhook not firing anymore when updating customer metafield value ?I think this is working before, I dont see any announcements for API Change as well on Shopify Documentations and changelogs.

Thanks for the reply. I am currently using your latter suggestion , however I think it is still un efficient since I am working with large data sets. Is there any other fields I can use in order for me to know when was the line item fulfilled ?
