Good question. I am currently trying to figure this out myself. I use inkfrog to connect my shopify store to eBay. eBay is sending the tax to inkfrog and inkfrog is passing it along to shopify. However, I am not actually seeing the tax money. inkfrog says they are looking into it, but it's been a few months now. So as it stands now, the new eBay tax is being added to my Shopify income, but I'm not actually getting the money, as eBay is removing it before they make the deposit in my account. Very frustrating. We are based in the US. Have you found any info on this?

Mel here from Shopify. Thanks for reaching out. Below are some settings that you can check which may be causing the prices to change in your Oberlo settings:
Even though you have the inventory set that way to 'do nothing', the change be coming from the pricing rules you have set up. The Oberlo app can change the cost price, for example, and if you have the Price Multiplier set up that will affect the price any time an item has an adjusted cost price. The same would happen if you have a fixed price rule also.
So, for example, If you set the price multiplier to 3, and import a product that costs $10.00, Oberlo will set your retail price at $30.00. If you decide to set a fixed mark-up to 3, then the same product’s retail price will be set at $13.
Hope this information helps! You can reach out to the Guru team https://help.shopify.com/questions if you have any questions. You can also let us know here in the forums if those settings aren't making any changes for you, we may need to check your settings to troubleshoot further. We can dig a little more to see to try to get you a resolution to this and discussing this over email would be the best option, that will allow us to verify and troubleshoot.
Have a great day!

Your shop looks awesome. What kind of bounce rate are you seeing? One of the first things I noticed is I'm not getting hit with popups asking for my email, etc. when I first hit your site, and you have clear, simple navigation. In fact, I'm not seeing much that would cause a high bounce rate, so I'm wondering if it's your traffic. You mentioned that you are fumbling with facebook ads, are you sure you are targeting your audiences correctly? Are you sure you know who your target audience is?
I did notice a few small things as I was clicking around that could use some improvement:
1. Several of the categories in your dropdowns did not have any products in them. If there's no inventory, just hide them.
2. The spacing is a little strange on the collection pages, https://bubbynbear.ca/pages/baby-boys-nb-to-24-months for example. It might be messed up responsiveness, but those circles should probably be centered and 1 or 2 rows on a wide screen.
Those are just little things, I think you're off to a great start.

Hi, Stephanie! Maggie, a Shopify Partner here :)
I love your store colors and the logo.
The featured image on your homepage is really cute - consider adding a short tagline and a CTA [call to action] telling people more about the products and asking people to click the image and browse your collections. Make sure to link the image to the relevant collection as well. It will create stronger customer journey and a sales funnel.
Consider adding more products to your homepage - perhaps a featured collection with 6-9 products displayed in grid. There is still not enough products on your homepage, and too much attention is put on the newsletter form, the blog and Instagram feed. Make sure that the latter elements [non-sales elements] carry less weight on your homepage than the products and collections.
The product page looks great and I love your round product images. The collection page [list of all sub-collections] needs better layout: https://bubbynbear.ca/pages/girls-apparel-toddler The images are too small and the text within them can be difficult to read on some devices [make sure to make your website 100% accessible, it’s part of the positive UX - user experience]. Consider making the icons larger and create a bigger contrast between the background and the font color.
Shipping - consider adding more content here with more details about the shipping process, couriers used, dispatch time etc. Make sure to find the details from the dropshipper, it’s an important trust factor, and it will help you improve the conversion rate within your store. Consider working with a fulfillment center in order to reduce the shipping / delivery times.
Returns - great content. Make sure to hyperlink email addresses for a 1-click-contact.
About us page - consider adding this page. The more content you have, the quicker you’ll start ranking in Google. Make sure to tell more about your brand, your story, what inspired you to start this business, and also add a photo of your team and your warehouse / retail premises if you have one. Add internal links, H tags and bolded key phrases to target your specific keywords. Learn more: How to completely SEO your Shopify pages.
