How come I see no answers from Shopify to users inquiries? Disturbing. 

A new segment called Recom Sale do not delete has appeared from where I have no idea.  Can someone tell me where this came from if I did not create it?

Did this ever get fixed?  Same issue right now 

Not sure where to post this but help me please.   I have contacted support but no answers after two contacts.  This shouldn't take so long.
