i've used Shopify for six years and this is the first time it's happened, it shouldn't take long for the fix. 

same for me. twitter/chat/email. nothing available on any of those supports. they are likely inundated with questions right now, but they should have a system in place for letting their customers know what possible timeframe we are facing. 

in addition to not being able to login, while the website is up, customers can't place orders. is that happening with others? i'd be ok for a bit if customer could at least place orders. is this happening to others as well?
