Same here. Shopify has done an update since that says they fixed the issue but mine still will not connect.

Surprise, surprise! Another update with new issues but no fixes to the old issues that the last updates screwed up. Now Bluetooth receipt printers will not connect. The 24/7 support is still down so no help there and all of the trouble shooting step...

That's how it should work, but it does not. It just keeps you in a loop of login click support, right back to the login page.

Just like almost every other update they have ever put out this one is horrible! No noticeable benefit but plenty of blatantly obvious problems that should have been caught in 5 mins of product testing before forcing this garbage on their customers. ...
How can a company this large have support this bad? It should no be possible for the POS to shut down in the middle of the work day. Part of the attraction to the Shopify POS is that it is SUPPOSED to work offline, so if technical problems do occur...
