Customer ask for refund as he claims that the order was due to fraud. Upon checking on our shopify store, the fruad analysis says low. How should we deal with this? any idea?
I've been responding/emailing legal@shopify.com from March 27th up until April 17th with 0 response!
We received a false DMCA on our store and have responded to legal@shopify.com's email more than 10 times and no one is responding!
