Got mine, too. Finally. Last day of month. WORST customer service ever. Total runaround.  Time to think about alternatives.  

I pretty much got the SAME response word for word. Using AI or a preprogrammed response. Not even a real person. Totally disrespectful to their customers. Unacceptable.
