I'm realizing more and more how important phone support is to me. I see BigCommerce still offers 24/7 phone support. Has anyone tried them?

I have had the window freeze as well....it use to be so easy to get someone on the phone to help...just tried talking to  rep on chat and it was beyond frustrating.

It's also odd that it lets you create all these different packages, which I did...to then find out you can only assign one!!

Does anyone know of another ecommerce option? Been looking at Squarespace but they have limitations on these issues as well...been with Shopify for many years but I think I'm ready to move on.
